About Us

Endless Potential Nonprofit Inc. is dedicated to fostering the academic, emotional, and social development of children aged 18 months to 5 years through its Endless Potential Early Learning Academy. Established in 2023 by Khadijah Waalee, a Pennsylvania Certified elementary teacher, Special Education teacher, and Reading Specialist, the organization aims to unlock children's potential by meeting them at their developmental level. With eight years of experience in elementary and middle school education, Ms. Waalee has a deep understanding of the challenges faced by young learners, particularly those from low-income backgrounds who often enter school with limited early literacy and math skills.

The academy not only focuses on early childhood education but also offers afterschool programs for grades K-6, emphasizing reading, literacy, and math through engaging and effective methods. Ms. Waalee's extensive background, including her level one Wilson Certification and experience working with dyslexic students, informs the tailored approach of the programs. The organization was founded in response to the observed academic struggles of students, particularly in reading, and aims to provide the necessary support to ensure that all children are prepared to access grade-level content. By addressing these foundational deficits, Endless Potential Nonprofit Inc. seeks to create a positive learning environment that mitigates frustration and boredom, ultimately setting children on a path to success in their educational journey.
